Here at INITIO, all our products are of the highest quality but here are some tips that you should follow to make sure your items stay in great condition!

INITIO Jewelry is designed to last for many years to come, but all precious jewelry will naturally tarnish and look dull if it is not taken care of properly.

Remove jewelry when showering or bathing. This is particularly important when on the beach, in the sea and in chlorinated water as these will deteriorate any type of jewelry over time.
We recommend you to take your jewelry off before doing any sports or sleeping to avoid any possible damage.
Minimize wearing jewelry when doing physical work such as housekeeping, gardening or exercise.
Do not expose jewelry to household cleaning products, especially bleach and highly reactive solutions.
Always protect your jewelry from knocks, scratches, chemicals, sunlight and heat/cold.

These are just recommendations to keep your jewelry on top condition and prolong their life, but rest assured that these pieces are high quality products.

CLEANING RECOMMENDATION

Use a soft, lint free cloth or microfiber cloth to clean/polish our jewelry and keep them looking shiny and lustrous!

Avoid using tissue paper or paper towels to clean metal as some of these can be abrasive to the metal.
