      Shipping Policy


      Due to COVID-19 estimated shipping times may be impacted. Please allow some extra time for delivery.

      Due to this unprecedented circumstance, we have decided to offer FREE trackable international shipping!

      Our shipping times will eventually go back to normal after all this disruption has subsided. Please feel free to contact us at support@initiostyle.com if shipping times concern you. 

      Delivering to over 150+ countries worldwide, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

      The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts - Processing Time & Shipping Time:

      • Processing time: Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed and shipped. This includes Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. 
      • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving our warehouse, orders usually take between 10 and 25 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time, depending on the country and shipping delays which are out of our control. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 3-7 business days for your tracking information to become active and updated. Please see the shipping table below for more information.
        US and Canada: 7 - 21 days 
        Australia and New Zealand: 12 - 21 days
        Europe: 12 - 27 days
        Africa:15 - 30 days
        Latin America:15 - 30 days
        Other countries:20 - 35 days
        Busy Season: 20-40 Days


      Note: Orders will be delivered by the national postal service of the destination country. Please be aware that the shipping times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing delays, strikes, severe weather conditions, coronavirus, etc.

      Exceptions apply. Unfortunately, due to some specific customs procedures, the delivery to some countries is not available at this time. We don’t ship to OFAC sanctions country list:

      Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba,

      Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and Zimbabwe.

      Some distant areas can take a bit longer, but we’ll get it to you!

      ● The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is
      out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.
      ● Deliveries might take longer than expected because of the incorrect shipping
      address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other
      unavoidable circumstances.
      ● Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges and
      taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges
      are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.

      ORDER CONFIRMATION

      After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.


      ORDER PAYMENT

      All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD. Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the currency from USD to local currency for you.

      SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

      When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

      ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST

      We accept 12 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information. Just feel free to contact us. We're available 24/7 at support@initiostyle.com

      Please note that any request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.

      We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after 12 hours period but no guarantee. If we were able to do so you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production.

      CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

      All EU orders will not be subject to any import duties, fees & taxes. For orders outside the EU any import duties, fees & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. 

      Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny the release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
